1- Can they cancel the order after shipment?
The answer is yes, you can easily cancel your order after shipping, but only when the parcel will arrive at your address
If you have ordered multiple items and wanted to change one of them, then yes, you can take vantage of our return policy and return that part.
3- When I will receive the replacement product?
The answer to this query is that you will receive your replacement order in our standard time delivery. It usually requires 5-8 working days.
4- Will the shipping charge addressed as part of my refund?
The shipping costs will be from our side as when you order your item, but in the case when you claim for return policy then the customer will pay the expenses of shipping.
For customers, it is crucial to know that if the orders delivered from our side are faulty or not the same what you ordered then any refund charges will be less the original shipping charges on order.
