To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. Custom or personalized instruments are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
